All NIL, recruiting, brand, and athlete opportunities must follow school, state, athletic association, conference, and NCAA rules where applicable. Elevex does not guarantee offers, deals, scholarships, endorsements, or recruiting outcomes.
For high school athletes, a parent or guardian may be required to review forms, approvals, agreements, and communication related to athlete services.
